	Very inviting and comfortable home. Very large yard completely fenced. Gorgeous furniture and woodwork. Quiet neighborhood and close, within walking distance, to the Farmicia and grocery. 	Die Fotos sind wohl schon etwas älter, aber das Haus ist sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden und funktioniert. Es bietet viel Platz und man ist trotz der Lage für sich. Supermarkt in 3 min, Ortsmitte in 10 min zu Fuß. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und in 15 min ist man mit dem Auto am Strand. 	Très belle villa spacieuse très bien entretenue, avec tous l'équipement nécessaire, très propre. Les lits sont très confortables. Tout est parfait. 	Echt een oud, groot, mooi Toscaans familiehuis met alles erop en eraan. Heeft een prachtige tuin en leuke zitjes overal. Het interieur is een beetje gedateerd, maar dat vinden wij juist wel heel charmant. Heel goede professionele ontvangst en begeleiding van Holidaysea in Camaiore. 	Das Haus war wie beschrieben. Es ist, wie bereits häufiger erwähnt, etwas düster und altmodisch eingerichtet, allerdings haben wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs oder im Garten verbracht. Daher war das überhaupt kein Problem. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch Handtücher werden gestellt. Zum Supermarkt sind es nur ein paar Meter. Ans Meer braucht man etwas Zeit (ca. 20 Minuten). 	Abbiamo soggiornato 3 settimane in questa casa e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo, come a casa nostra. La casa è molto bella, spaziosa e confortevole. Dotata di un bellissimo e curatissimo giardino, tanto apprezzato anche dai nostri due pelosi. La posizione è strategica, negozi e servizi vicinissimi (raggiungibili a piedi) e spiaggia raggiungibile in 10 minuti di auto. La posizione è ideale anche per visitare i dintorni di Camaiore: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa e tante altre località molto belle. I proprietari sono davvero bravissime persone, molto gentili, disponibili e soprattutto discrete. Grazie davvero per la bellissima vacanza, torneremo molto volentieri e consigliamo vivamente questa casa. Una nota di merito va anche a voi dell'agenzia, in fase di prenotazione mi avete incoraggiata e rassicurata con estrema gentilezza e discrezione... Si sa che quando si affitta una casa lo si fa un po' a scatola chiusa, le foto non sempre corrispondono a verità... In questo caso invece sono assolutamente veritiere. 	Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Proprietari molto discreti e gentili: bellissima casa in zona tranquilla che ci ha permesso di beneficiare di tutte le ricchezze del territorio camaiorese dal mare alla montagna fino alle città d' arte. 	Tolles Objekt in ebensolcher Lage Die Vermieter dieses wunderschönen Hauses waren freundlich. Das Haus selbst mit dem tollen großen Garten hat alles, was man benötigt. Bedarfsgeschäfte (Metzger, Bäcker, Supermarkt) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Vom Garten aus hat man einen sehr schönen Blick in die bergige Umgebung. Der Strand ist nur 8 km entfernt.
