Cod. 277CAM - Tuscan house situated in a lovely hamlet in the hills of Camaiore with private pool and a terrace that offers a marvellous view of the sea. The villa, completely renovated in every small detail, has been furnished elegantly. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with sofa, TV, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bunkbed and a bathroom with shower. On the outside access to the terrace is by a few steps and is equipped with an aboveground pool, barbecue with woodoven, bathroom with shower and a gazebo with a table and chairs. It offers a perfect place to have lunch or dinner and just have unforgettable relaxing moments. Private parking is at approx. 20 meters from the house and public parking is situated at approx. 100 meters from the house that can be reached by foot. Reservations for groups are not allowed.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden , die Familie ist sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit wir hatten Riesen Freude an den Früchten die Sie uns als Begrüssung überreichten. An dem Pizzaofen und den netten Nachbarn. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr schön und Sauber hoffentlich bleibt es so und die Mieter Schätzen es und tragen Sorge.
Für uns war es nur schön ein Bijou wir hoffen es bleibt so es fehlte uns an nichts! Es war alles Top! Maja die Katze vom Dorf an ihr hatten wir Freude.
Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder in diesen Wunderbaren Ort und zu Maja.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Familie ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit
und die Überraschungen mit den Früchten zur Begrüssung Einfach super
nett. Uns hat es an gar nichts gefehlt.
Der Garten, Pool, die Geniale Gartenküche und sogar Wc und das Haus
sind Top. Sauber. Der wunderbare Blick zum Meer. Die Dorfkatze Maja die
da war und uns jeden Tag Begrüsste, das war Richtig schön. Es Lebte !
Die Netten Nachbarn die Ruhe wir haben die zwei Wochen genossen!! Wir
kommen sicher zurück und hoffen das das Bijou so bleibt und die Mieter
sorge Tragen.

Dans une charmante maison au coeur d'un village "perché" avec vue sur la mer, sur la Corse. On est a 15 min de la mer en utilisant une route "de montagne" ce qui permet d’être au calme (à part la cloche du village) et de trouver un peu de fraîcheur (différence de 3-4°C avec la mer). Terrasse tres agréable "sur le toit de la maison" avec obligation de sortir de la maison pour y accéder. Cuisine d'été très pratique et bien équipée. Piscine un peu fraîche. Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Il faut bien se renseigner sur l'accès car ps évident avec le GPS....
